- 5 tablespoon Ground roasted sesame seeds
- 5 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 1½ tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2½ tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Oil / avocado, olive, vegetable etc.)
- ½ teaspoon Dashi powder (optional)
Mix the base ingredients: In a bowl, add the mayonnaise, ground roasted sesame seeds, sugar, and dashi powder (if using). Whisk well until combined.
Add the soy sauce: Add the soy sauce in 3 batches, mixing well each time until smooth and evenly combined.
Add the oil: Slowly drizzle in the oil little by little while whisking continuously. Mixing gradually helps prevent the mayonnaise from separating.
Serve or store: Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Mix well before serving if separation occurs.
