Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoon Ground roasted sesame seeds
  • 5 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2½  tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Oil  / avocado, olive, vegetable etc.)
  • ½ teaspoon Dashi powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Mix the base ingredients: In a bowl, add the mayonnaise, ground roasted sesame seeds, sugar, and dashi powder (if using). Whisk well until combined.
  • Add the soy sauce: Add the soy sauce in 3 batches, mixing well each time until smooth and evenly combined.
  • Add the oil: Slowly drizzle in the oil little by little while whisking continuously. Mixing gradually helps prevent the mayonnaise from separating.
  • Serve or store: Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Mix well before serving if separation occurs.
